Returns & exchanges 

If an item is lost or damaged during transit then, where possible, I will supply a replacement. Since these mugs are limited edition they are limited in quantity and a replacement may not be an option and in this event I will happily refund you.

If an item is damaged in transit then I request that the item (and it's original packaging) is returned before a refund can be provided. All returns must be within 14 days of reciept of goods.

Mugs will be dispatched within 3-5 days of purchase, if in the unlikely chance there are any delays I will notify you as soon as possible.
